Is there specific proprietary hardware (
ex: FS peripherals such as yokes, rudders, intrument panels etc.) which you plan to utilize with Windows 11, for which you are concerned about compatibility, ongoing availability of software drivers etc. ?
Most (but not all) hardware is now supplied with generic drivers by Microsoft during installation of newer versions of Windows even after manufacturers quit supporting "name-branded" drivers for hardware devices beyond older numeric versions of Windows.
Thus, I suggest that it may be 'safe' to let the computer builder complete the new system by installing a licensed copy of Win-11, then adapt it as needed.
AFAIK, Win-11 thus far, is little more than a change of GUI configuration from what Win-10 already provides.
PS: I always use the successor to Classic Shell now known as Open Shell in the original "Windows Classic" GUI "theme" style of RTM Windows 95 / Windows NT Server in conjunction with WinAero Tweaker anyway, so these GUI changes will never impact my computers (if I can help it).
