I have a heavily ADE modified airport (KSAV). Earlier today I changed the Gate Numbers to match real life and renumbered the parking before the gates to after the gates so that all the parking numbers are still in order, just the Gates now run 1-15. I then modified the parking codes for all Gates to match real life.
When I went to build I was getting an error from a duplicate jetway. Checking the Jetway List I noticed two number 7 jetways. I matched the offset with what was found under Gate 7 parking, kept that jetway and deleted the other Jetway under the Jetway list. I didn't realize at the time, but Jetway 2 was missing from the list. The second Jetway number 7 that I deleted was actually Jetway number 2 that didn't get the new Gate number when I changed all the Gate numbers. All the other Gates and Jetways changed fine. This is what resulted in the original build error of duplicate jetways.
How can I get the jetway that I deleted (MSFS original number 7) back from the stock MSFS airport and placed back into my project that I deleted?
I've created a test project from the stock msfs airport so I can look into what the stock contained. If I go into my test project/PackageSources/data folder I can open the xml and find the original jetway 7 section. I've copied this, opened my actual project/PackageSources/data folder and inserted it into the same place in my xml (renaming the jetway parking number from 7 to 2), but opening my project the jetway doesn't show up. Is there another way to do this?
