• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Hello everyone , I want jetways ready to use in FSDS3 because I find jetway libarary for rwy12 not for fsds3 .

If there's plese help me .

Hi,

What do you mean with a library for FSDS3?

FSDS3 is a tool to make 3D objects. If you put the MDL files it creates into a library you get the same kind of library as the library for Rwy12. So I don't understand what you mean with library for FSDS3, you should be able to place the objects from the Rwy12 library. That can either be done with the Rwy12 tool or just with XML code.

I am still not sure what you mean. To have a Jetway to use in FSDS means that you want an FSDS source file of a Jetway to use in the program. Is that what you are asking for a source file so that you can modify it in some way and generate a new Jetway??

But why do you need the FSDS file? If you just want to place a scenery object that somebody else has designed you don't need the source files. You can just place it into your scenery with a piece of XML code for example. Just like you can place the objects you designed in FSDS yourself.
