FSX Land textures missing after re-install

Last night I had to do a re-install of FSX because of some corrupted files. Now I have noticed that none of my land textures or land classes are showing up in the sim. They were working fine before the re-install, now nothing just flat land and none of my objects are showing either. Everything is gone. I tried re-compiling the airport thinking maybe some files got missed or something, but that didn't do anything. I'm lost completely now. What can I do to treturn everything back to normal?

I just noticed something else, all of my autogen scenery is gone as well. Looks like a bad install of the sim, I'm going to delete the SIM and do a complete re-install and see if things return to normal.
