• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

Hi A'Yall,

I placed created object barrier wall in airport. I slew the airport but I see barrier wall visible not more than 1000ft all were disappeared. I slew move it shows up popping up objects. I tried to change from normal to very dense. I thought that sensitivity to appear more visible but it didn't work. I wonder why most default object can be seen as 5 mile visibly control tower or building or others. If not default is disappears at least 1000 ft from your plane view visibility limit on objects. How do I fix more far visbility on objects? Can't we?

Hi,

Could it be your object is much smaller in size than those other objects? The size of the bounding box influences the range until which it can be seen.
 
No, it is not. I downloaded library objects most were from library object downloaded all visibility were short distance to be disappeared. All Default objects are not disappeared as long as far you can seen object. That's what I am asking how do I fix those library objects are not strong enough to stay view.

First screenshot it was far background view all disappeared barrier walls. Second screenshot it was closer it shows up barrier wall. As you see end of runway missing barrier walls on the end of runway (disappear barrier walls). That's a problem.
 
I see what you mean. But I have no idea what causes it. That's hard to say without knowing how you made the objects, placed them, etc.
