As of today the LibraryCreatorXML is no longer developed as a separate tool. But the functionality is not lost, LibraryCreatorXML is now available as a tool inside the ModelConverterX 1.9. This means you can still use it to manage your object library XML files.
Why did I make this decision? I have updated the build of my tools to be self-contained so that users can run them without needing to install a specific .NET version on their machine first. This does increase the file size of the download. Because I think it is confusing to release some tools self-contained and others not and because LibraryCreatorXML is a relatively small tool that would gain a lot of overhead, I decided to merge LibraryCreatorXML into ModelConverterX.
The last version of the standalone tool is still available for download of course, it can be found here.
