Hi all,
Having some issues I can't seem to resolve. Using MCX's Ground poly wizard, things look fine, however further away from the origin point there's a noticeable shift from where the poly is supposed to be, the largest being nearly 6 meters.
I know this is most likely due to MCX modifying the polys for earth curve correction. However this creates a lot of problems for other models relying on precise placement around the ground poly, such as volumetric grass, taxisigns, runway lighting, etc. It also, as seen in screenshot, misaligns itself with the photoreal ground.
Is there a method to correct this with precision?
