Please bear with me as I am a complete noob. I wanted to learn how to add scenery to MSFS2020 so I practiced using the 'mycompany-simple-scenery' file and the step by step guides I found here. In short, I imported the little cube, placed it, exported it to FS and dropped it into the community folder and it shows up perfectly near the runway I put it. All well and good. I do this internally and not by the seperate package tool.
Next I imported a small ready made house from Blender (another learning curve) and got it to show up in FS where I scaled it, placed it near another runway, and dropped that in the community folder but it fails to show up.
When I examine the files and file structure of the 'simple' house and the 'blender' house the file structure looks the same but in the scenery folder where I would expect to see 'modelib.bgl' and 'objects.bgl' only the modelib is there. The 'objects.bgl' is missing.
Where does that missing file get made? I've been struggling with this for days. I have the latest updates to everything.
