• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Yep...Larry Zambrano and I worked on coding the instrumentation for this beauty and she is finally released. It was my first major project aside from the F-15C that im still working on.

Beautiful job! I've always been a fan of the F-15, just a gorgeous plane! How are the framerates? I definitely could see this in my virtual hangar... :D

Purchased this beast the other day. Excellent piece of coding work! Just a shame one of the other coders dropped out at a critical moment, and left a few systems unfinished.

Very very nice!

Let me know what needs to be coded for the other instruments. I might help
for a free copy and some credit.....Although it depends on the instruments you need, because i never been in a real F-15.

DG:cool:

LOL! It was the guy that did the weapon system that left us. Im redoing the HUD and will be redoing the rest of the gauges in GDI+. Theres still a few gaps in my knowledge there though. I have managed to grasp enough C++ to elliminate compiler errors however I still have to get the actual display working.....Learning as I go. With that said, if you are very good with simconnect and know DirectX well enough to help us get LANTIRN imagery into the VC (it can be done but its a big job), and are willing to help us out.....we will PAY you to do it :D.

I wish I was good at coding! In fact, when I heard that the weapons and radar systems guy left, I was contemplating learning the language to put my own radar code in there. Of course, I too, would be learning as I went. However, I primarily work with Photoshop and 3DS Max making small buildings for Class D fields close to home, haven't done a major project yet. Coupled with my final year in a bachelors program for History/Teaching, I have enough on my plate, but thanks for the offer! I wish you the best of luck. If I come across anything in my travels I think may help, I'll ship it your way.

I don't make c++ gauges. But i do make 3D gauges. i can make some 2D lcd gauges. You should stop by and chat on team speak 3.... usfc.dyndns.org
Just ask for me I am on in the afternoons. If you have your own ts. post it.
