MSFS20 Problem with ILS "The localizer is not correct"

I modified DAUA Airport default.

I am now facing a problem with ILS runway 04.
I’ve set custom values in the scenery editor for runway 04 yet they seem to have no effect, the plane prioritizes default values, not the ones I’ve set in my scenery package.
The ILS localizer is not correct. The plane is coming down too far to the right.

I used the sdk software everything looks good i built the package and expoted it
DeleteAllILS command applied.
ILS values set, no effect. No errors were shown in the console before, during of after the build was completed.

Hello.
The Magnetic Variation (magvar) might be the culprit and/or the ILS heading. In your XML the magvar is 2° East and it's 0.8 East presently. Regarding the ILS heading, It's set to 41.00 but the runway heading is 39/219. Perhaps you could set it to 39.00 and see what happens.

I remember having this problem a very long time ago with an airport I worked on...

From what I can see it's possible you are missing one statement - the ILsReference and I seem to remember that the frequency has to be a set number of decimal points. Here's my line from YMLT that fixes the ILS that was (and maybe) still screwed. WHere you have positioned it is OK

I deleted the ILS text from the file and added deleteAllILSs="TRUE" to deleteAllILSs="FALSE" according to what is stated on forum.navigraph.com.

Deleted the navigraph-navdata-base and navigraph-navdata folders from Community.

Aircraft that do not use Navigraph Like Airbus A310-300; inibuilds A300-600; Cessna 152. do not encounter this problem.
It seems that the problem is related to Navigraph-Navdata Like PMDG Fenix Airbus A320
