Problem with textures and blend masks

Hi!

As you can see from this picture, I'm having some problems with a scenery add-on I've bought:

This is FTX NA Blue SAK from ORBX. I've tried with the developer, Holger Sandmann, but he didn't have any clues to what caused this.

It looks like somehow FSX won't read the terrain blend masks, but the texture files are all in their correct folders, so I really don't know...

If anyone could offer any help to my problem, I'll be more than happy!

Hi,

My guess would be that some of your textures got corrupt, especially those that control the blending between landclass textures.

Did you alter any of the (default) textures?

No, I haven't altered any of the textures, however the default textures have probably been altered by add-ons such as GEX.

This problem has excisted from the day I installed the FTX SAK add-on, and I've reinstalled it several times. What's also strange is that the problem occurs only with FTX SAK and not with FTX PNW nor any other add-ons. I've tried the usual 'disable everything in the scenery library'-approach as well as many others, but so far nothing has worked...

Then it sounds like something with that specific addon. I'm afraid only the developer can help you with that, since he knows how he has designed it.
