Runway landing

Hi everyone,

I set in my airport for landing RWY07 and for takeoff RWY25. Independently from this planes land in RWY25 and takeoff in the same runway. How can I fix it?

Ps. RWY07 have the ILS while RWY25 has nothing

its not logical to set 25 for takeoffs and 7 for landing because its the same runway in real life if the winds are for 7 so takeoffs and landing will be on 7

This is a particular airport. In real life the landings are in RWY07 and takeoffs are in RWY25 because there is the city. When the wind is greater than 7kt the runway in use depends about the direction.
The airport is LIPH

so i dont know how to do it but you might need to make a traffic file especially for this

I modify in ADE the runway settings but it doesn't work
