• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Scenery Items, help please

Hi,
I am having trouble locating/creating some scenery items for the model of Steeple Morden that I doing for FSX, and I wonder if any of you kind people can help?
Specifically, I would like the following items:-
(1) Barbed wire fencing - preferably of the two coils stacked on top of each other type - with scrub/hedge growing in it would be nice.
(2) Tennis courts - with playing net (Steeple M had two on the airfield!)
(3) Bomb dump - a small one suitable for a fighter airfield
(4) Air Raid & Blast shelters - personnel type, not for the aircraft
(5) Blister Hangar of the type & size used by the USAAC during WWII - The default one is too big & too long compared to its width.

I use Instant Scenery with ADE for my airfields.Gary Burns produced a collection of RAF objects which I have used successfully until my computer went bananas.I do not have the file to hand,but it was something like 'RAF buildings from FSDS3 source files'.They finished with a suffix frd or fr something instead of bgl,and I am still trying to remember how I got them into my Instant Scenery library.You may know how to do it.I got the file from Sim-outhouse.Although I paragraph my jottings, they are sent as one paragraph,which makes for awkward reading,but here goes.1 Have not seen any.2 This may have to be a grey rectangle with some fence for net.3,4,5 are in Gary's files and Instant Scenery lets you alter size.Ted Andrews' files have more excellent RAF objects.
 
Thanks for the info, I found the file and as a result I've sorted the Blister hangar to the correct size, just got to create the canvas curtain for one end.
After a bit of trouble yesterday with my machine, I created a personnel blast shelter. Now for the Tennis courts and an airfield signals square.
