Hi all
I use object placement tool in fsx se to place small scenery items to enhance local areas. I downloaded a sdk complete with folders and bgl compiler which is installed in the main fsx se folder, everything works fine.
When I have created the new scenery, I run the xml file with the bgl compiler, and it creates the new .bgl file.
I have stepped into the world of ADE. I have the Lockheed Martin sdk 1.4 which is installed in the (86x) folder. To the best of my limited knowledge that is working as I have created a new airfield.
I decided to trial something, so after placing some objects using the object placement tool and saving as new scenery, I took the scenery xml file and ran that in the Lockheed-Martin bgl compiler, but it did create a new bgl file. I screen shot the compilers very quick message say the scenery was parsing?
Does this mean that the Lockheed-martin compiler does not compile objects that are created using object placement tool
Regards
Rhys
