I export it as a gltf with the Blender2msfs plugin. I import it into Sketchup with this plugin -
https://sketchucation.com/plugin/2275-universal_importer and this is the most reliable method to keep the textures and coordinates.
I export back to Sketchup as a .obj and usually don't change anything.
With this way you are setting all of the texture scaling inside Sketchup when you export back and none in Blender.
I find it a little strange the khr texture transform problem isn't mentioned more often. Surely most models have textures scaled in Blender and the plugin or sim can't handle it. Maybe there's another more obvious method I don't know about. I haven't found what it is.
