• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Testing list

Works fine it seems.

The indentation is working, but...

...where are the "bullets?"

  • A round dot
  • Should appear
  • Just to the left
  • Of this list

Oh! There they are now!
Nope! Gone after "Posting" although they still show up in the editor... o_O

I see bullets in both bulleted lists, actually they look more like bullet holes than bullets but...

Ah, I just switched to Chrome and see the 'bullets' now. Evidently this is another failing of IE11, since they do NOT show up now that I'm back on IE11...

No, I'm not prejudiced, so far I haven't even upgraded from IE10. I use Firefox mostly. Don't they look more like bullet holes to you, lol?

Everything works fine for me (with IE11). Interesting to me, that I haven't had any trouble with IE11 and/or Windows 8.1 along with FSX... I guess I'm one of the lucky ones :p

Well Doug, evidently you don't frequent AVSIM then because it really gets strange when trying to create a Reply with Quote...

...as none of the quoted material will be loaded into the editor's window unless you have turned OFF the BBCode mode. I've switched to using Chrome at AVSIM until they update their forum software to work with IE11. Unfortunately, IE11 was more or less "forced" on me as it installed itself the last time I rebooted my development computer...

Uninstall it and it will revert to ie10. It is a selected option to install on win7, not sure if its forced on win8.

I will assume on Windows 8.1 that IE11 can't be revert back to IE10, because IE11 comes with Windows 8.0,... nothing installed prior to.

It was upgraded to ie11 from 10 according to this.

It can be reverted through uninstalling on all windows versions. Uninstalling ie doesnt remove it, rather reverts it to the previous stable version all the way back to ie7. IE11 is essentially an update to ie10 which is an update to and that reverts to ie9 which is an update to and that reverts to ie8 which is an update to and that reverts to ie7.
after uninstalling ie11 just open ie and it will reload ie10.

Uninstalling ie7 will remove ie from the system, but win updates will always try to reinstall it.
