• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

The situation is getting bad here...

Hey Marc,

Sorry to hear about things going crazy where you live.

Do you have Facebook? That is a good way for communicating with family and friends in case your email, etc, is blocked.

Odd as I havent heard about this here in the USA. I dont like to hear about how some things are being blocked from us seeing them.

You might find this interesting. You can turn plugins in your house, during a power outage, into working power sockets via the right things. This is how. He is terribly funny, but the way to get sockets in the house working is ingenious...

Thank you Lionheart.
About communication to familly and friends, I use Skype and FSDeveloper.

Yes, to have, you have look at Local News, but its in French :/

Thank you for this video, it was very funny, it changed my mind :)

There are no news yet (well, nothing I can talk bout as now its mainlly Political)

Regards,
Marc

Holy cow, I hope the situation gets solved soon! Best of luck! Been in a war myself wouldnt want anyone to go through that.

Thanks DragoB, its pretty calm now, its only the roads still locked, Markets closed or empty, no news about the airport... now the news are mainly about politic, so I won't talk about it :)

Im sorry that you have been in a war :(

they declined the proposition.... (1 000 000 000€) saying they want more

Markets are still empty, general strike remain. but its pretty calm anyway :) no need to fear anymore (Barrages remains on roads though and the supply stats to be low :/)

hello, a small update:
The general Strike semain, Barrages are still here, Markets (those thats remain open) are now empty...

Hey Marc, My thoughts go out with to you too (from The Netherlands). I'm did not here anything about it on the mainstream news either :-}
but yes, that isn't the true nature of "The News", to objectively inform the rest of the planet about what is really going on anywhere in the world.

The only "news" I was able to find was only a HANDFULL English of articles on Aljazeera, New York Times and other non-msn sources (see links below)

To me it feels like the news from your entire country is systematically being blacked out in the "main stream news" and most Internet search engines as well.
Even Twitter shows remarkable less #french # guana tweets... weird!

In trouble times like the one in your country, it can help/empower one to keep focusing their attention towards:
- What still IS possible for you and your loved ones (this keeps your mind alive, bright, active and focused on the bright side of any crisis).
- What you CAN do in this horrible environment right now. (this can give you a better sense of feeling powerful right now).
- Remaining connected to resources, people and places that can help you in any way they can (local, remotely)

Keep the blue side up and in touch with us in any way you can.

Hey Ronald :)
Thank you verymuch for your support, greatly appreciated :)
and thank you for english links

I still side up, don't worry, I change my mind with FSX and FSDeveloper, I still Fly, Blendering and chatting :)
