Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:
- Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
- Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
- Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
- Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
- Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
- Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.
Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.
By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Thanks for your ongoing efforts with this; forum response times are now greatly improved.
Images are vertically stretched on an older I-Pad / Safari browser I occasionally use while traveling.
Speaking of I-Pad / Safari browser, is there a way to restore the "RichEdit" tool / Icon bars you once had available on that platform ?

Hi Gary,
I'm not sure which edit tool you talk about. Ever since we run this forum software we use it kind of out of the box without much tweaking. So I never added special editors or so. It must have been something default and if it is not there anymore they probably replaced it by something newer.

It seems the solution is to update the forum software every 3 days, or so.
I noticed the increasing load times throughout the day, yesterday and hoped it was a consequence of traffic fluctuations. Now, it seems clear that whatever cache was refreshed, or replaced, as a consequence of the update, has again reached a critical level. It seems like a document, that has a growing list of entries that have to be verified, URL's or images in the server cache, or something.

Well, I think the assumption that the website speed and software update are related to each other might be wrong in the first place. It might be coincidence that after I updated the software it worked better.

I think it could be increased solar activity, forget the unremarkable traffic assumption. I think, it seems...whatever. As to facts, the page loaded instantly just now.
