Were to find Object in FSX Scenery

Hi folks
After working on fixing water elevation in my area (Northern Ontario) I switch to a new project. Fixing east and west coast line of mexico including Panama Canal.
Got to Panama, and found that FSX has locks on Panama canal, but they are in the wrong location
Under FSX/Scenery/Global/Texture, I found the texture of the Panama canal locks. Now I have no idea if its possible to relocate and maybe resize these as they do not match location and size shown on Google earth or Google Street map which I am using for my background in SBuilderX.

BTW, I have yet not been able to locate a downloadable copy of G Max. But I have not yet checks my hard drives in my older computer.

Hi there
I have been doing a bit more research and this is what I am thinking.
Since the Panama canal is in Sector 2628, the placement file for the locks would probably be found in the BRX26280.bgl, which is apparently the file for extrusion bridges.
That being said, I need to decompile the .bgl to an .xml format
I found a couple of version for the "BGL2XML" decompiler, but neither one of them works for me.
Am I on the right track? Do I need to go to AVSim to get a working copy of the BGL2XML?

Sorry guys
Found out that I need to "run as administrator" for it to work

Got it to work but my locks are not in that BRX File,

Guess I need to decomple a few more file to find it

Finally got it
They are located in the OBX26280.bgl scenery file under folder 303\scenery
Had to locate which item using their coordinate as they are not described as locks but as objects
