First problem is all your Hold Short nodes do not have a orientation

Second problem

There is a Apron issue


At the bottom of your error list you have lost the runway associated with the airport including the taxiway paths.

Lastly you have changed a Jetway using the same number which created a duplicate gate=GATE and Parking=0 and there is no parking spot for the duplicate Jetway.
 
If you run the Error Checking within FSX Planner (Compile -> Error Checking) it should catch these errors and show you what is causing them. I'd also run the Clean All option under the Compile menu to make sure you don't have any unattached taxiway points, etc.
