Hi,
Sitting with my laptop outside in the yard. Plenty of spring sun. No wind, no background noise, no condense stripes in the sky. It is sunday, so no tractors in the fields and the pastures, no trucks and hardly any cars.
Birds are singing more loudly it seems and once in a while a rider on a horse passes by and a family in traditional dress on bike. Set my lawnmower back in the shed because it made too much noise, launched FSX, set sound and AI to zero and took off in my Cessna (without notifying ATC, of course).
Just flying around, trying some loopings, doing a couple of TNG's, sipping my white wine, patting my dogs for a change, and thinking: hey, this is nice! Just like real life!!!
I wonder how people living next to (European) airports feel today? (Or when you are stuck on a far away sterile airport terminal)
