• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

FS2004 EC155B

Started on the overheads....Don't mind the messed up mapping on most of the parts...spent about 3 hours just trying to get the main overhead to the point where the lettering wasn't blurry....

Update on the overhead panel...about 90% of the buttons and switches are done..just got to do knobs now and the 2 engine switches...

First export of the overhead console in FS. Some of the switches have been animated...Cool thing is in conjunction with Jordan Moore's Bell 412 2d panel, I have managed to get the generator switches and crank switches to work! You can start each engine individually!!!!

0I bet .5€ that he model will end up in Eagle Rotorcraft's hands for a FSX conversion as it looks just too promising to pass up!

(Same goes for Sergio's Bell 429.)

Perhaps my friend, nowadays George has a lot of work. And of course he or anyone willing to have the 429 models, just need to ask and I will provide all I have (Nate, sorry for hijack this post). :p

Happy new year, my dear friends!
Sergio.

I'll gladly convert the 155 and 429 to FSX native. Nate and Sergio have discussed this with me and although I do have plenty on the plate, I'll take these under my wing and do the conversion. Both of these guys have done so much for me, it's my way of saying thanks :)

Here is an early build of Nate's EC155 in FSX (non native) while I was testing out his rotor materials. This will be FSX native in the future ;)

Hey boys!!!

You're are doing a wonderful job!!! Fantastic indeed :D:D:D

Happy new year!
Sergio.

Sorry for taking so long, but I was running into an issue that as soon as I would start exporting with a interior, all hell went loose with multiple parts....So after some digging, I finally have managed to fix the problems.....now onto the next problems...

1st problem....the HSI is all wonky. I am switching the code to radians and seeing if that fixes it.....2nd problem is the MFDs. As you can see, the MFDs will just not turn on with the switch. Still new with XML but I thought I had the code correct....

tried fixing the oddity where the curved line was uneven near the main gears (looked like it made a step)
