• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

    Previously when adding these hold short's the line would auotomatically cover the taxiway width. I use these as it add's lighting to the hold short line whereas most default hold shorts have no lighting. My question is how do you edit the width of these hold short lines via ADE? Very furstrating...

    Hi, i can't seem to be able to change any Secondary runway info, it seems to be locked and can only change the primary data. edit; It seems i figured it changes it automatically after saving, closing and re-opening ADE.

    What is the display stack? Sorry, never heard of that, if i can can get it to look like you've made it here it may sort my issue. You say ordering display has no effect in sim so surely this block of apron is just stuck here now for some reason yet it does not show in the game without editing...

    But below this area of the field you can see a huge block of apron when loading the stock LFPG, even though this does not show in the sim, remove it and you lose sections of taxiways which you would then have to rebuild. So i have no idea why it does this. When you delete you see 'clear surface'...

    So i have discovered that Premium package airports such as LHR or CDG are strange when loading into ADE. As seen below it loads in with huge surface areas of aprons whereas in the sim these are not there, so why does ADE load them like this?

    I had this issue with UK2000 scenery and i emailed them for support, below was his reponse. Probably the samereason as to why you cannot edit a payware bgl properly. I do believe even FSX payware had same issues when editing afcad files and some just could not be done.
