I just got as far as the front page, and discovered this:
PMDG Releases 772 SP-1 and B777-300
I'm guessing that is the issue...

I don't think we'll have those problems here. We're a rather small (and at times odd) group.![]()

At times? We're frickin' full time weirdos, just ask any casual simmer.

Now, if you'll excuse me, apparently I have to go set fire to something.

1) Log into Avsim (if you can)
2) Click "New Thread" in the FSX forum
3) Write an elaborate troll post about why PMDG sucks
4) Watch the fireworks from afar

It goes almost without saying that any banner driven site gets revenue based on a fairly fixed percentage of hits. A few hits = a few bucks, many hits = many bucks. Therefore, it stands to reason that if you establish a certain level of performance, i.e. serving 62 billion documents per hour and PMDG, or anyone, announces something that makes your hits exceed your capacity, you are definitely "in the money" and only wishing you had rented a bigger server/more bandwidth in order to reap the current windfall.Let's hope AVSIM are being well paid for that?

Just for the sake of clarity, AVSIM owns their hardware......only wishing you had rented a bigger server/more bandwidth in order to reap the current windfall.
