• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

What do I wrong?

Would anybody of you experts mind taking a look at my file?

Thank you very much for your help!

Your Parking spot link (green line) is too straight

Move the vehicle path node slightly left or right so the parking spot heading and the green line heading are off slightly.

I would not have guessed that in a million freaking years....I spent a ton of time making sure all mine were perfectly lined up!! DOH!!!! Now I have to go and screw them up...

If I may ask, why is this? This an ADE thing, or FSX thing? I hate things that are NOT perfectly aligned... I actually spend much of my design time using 11,000 foot markers to line up taxiways, parking spots, etc...so they are perfectly straight...now I find I shouldn't do that...at least when it comes to parking spots...

as far as I'm aware it's the way lines are drawn in FSX,
like Jim says moving it slightly gives you not only the T but the oil stain as well,
this usually only occurs when you run a vehicle path through your path from aircraft to taxiway/apron path like it's shown in the pic of hotelfox,
breaking/crossing the original path..........

It is an FSX thing :) The difference only needs to be very small I think

Very Interesting....

Your comments, that is. I've always found that when I don't have the tee in the parking space, (also lacking the oil spot,) it's because I've neglected to make sure that the connector path has the centerline box check. As soon as I check the box, I get both the tee and the oil spot.
