Flipped Polygon on API Import

Hi,

Well, I finally used MCX for it's original purpose - converting API files (created in EOD) into FS9 scenery MDL files. It worked great! Now they are library object files - and give me MUCH better frame rates. :)

Most objects turned out perfectly, but the one attached had a polygon flipped - it is the platform under the tower. Thought you might want to take a look. No real problem for me, I just exported it as a 3DS file and flipped the polygon in GMAX. :)

Thanks for the great tool,

Hi Tom,

I will take a look.

Do you also see the problem in the preview in MCX or only after exporting?

Hi,

I found the issue. The API file had a wrong normal in it (one with length zero). MCX did not process that condition correctly, but it has been fixed now.
