• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

it is to log into FSDev, eagerly waiting to see what new problems or answers are in the threads...and realize, that since you have been on the site off and on during a day or two for probably 6 hours...that there is simply nothing new when you get here..

UGH!!!!

LOL

I have even read through threads that are very very very very old, or threads that have nothing to do with anything I will ever use or do... And oddly enough, learned something from them that did actually come in handy. LOL

Post more people...I am bored! hahaha

All problems have now been solved.

As a result, the forums have become redundant.

I am surprised that you missed the announcement!

Though I don't post much I do check the site daily with my morning coffee. It gets a little addicting. Just want to see what's the latest going on with developers, new issues, new problems, new bits of info I can tuck away.

Arno is away on business but as soon as he returns I will discuss with him the closing of these now un-needed forums ;);)

BYTE YOUR TONGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

I just think more people need more problems and ideas so we can read more.. LOL!!!! Or maybe, I should not spend 6-10 hours a day on here.. LOL!!! Now that my company is growing, my work is mostly done at the desk and on the computer...thus, instead of a few hours a day on the computer....I have more like 18 hours a day available... I gotta find me a woman!!!! LOL

Should you glance outside, you'll see it's summer in the Northern Hemisphere. People are doing other things like throwing steaks on the barbie, taking holidays etc.

It'll soon be the longest day and it's all downhill after that, so they'll be back...

It's nice to see I'm not the only one that lingers on these forums... :D

You guys need to spend some more time actually flying.
Or am I not the only one who is really just using FS as a platform on which to do the programming/creating that is the real pastime?

Well, yeah, I do most of my flying on VATSIM, so, while I pass the time "waiting for the 747 to reach Heathrow", I just pass the time here, help others, feed my curiosity, etc. :)
