• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Whilst we wait for 3d vehicles to be modelled and textured for Leicester, the final task before we can release Leicester, we have now started with Luxembourg ELLX. And I'm glad and happy to say that Domonique Dantu is involved in development on this one, known on here as STEW.

Well we have only been working on it for a few days but here is a pic showing the current state of it, remember it's early, so the AFCAD or anything else hasn't been touched.

(The roads appear to look like they don't line up, don't worry, they do, I just do not have UTEX or anything installed)

Enjoy!

That is very nice, but there is already an excellent scenery for ELLX. I wonder why you don't work on something that is a little higher in demand. Could you please elaborate on your decision making?

Yes I know aerosoft already done this but there have been a lot of complaints and bad reviews etc.

My version will be different as it will take full advantage of nearly all FSX features, reflections, bump maps etc and hopefully I will be adding custom autogen to the entire city along with accurate roads and mesh.

many people have asked me to do Luxembourg

Here you can see where the car parks and roads etc by the main terminal are about 6 meters above the main ground poly/apron as it is in the real world.

Enjoy

Remember to model them with AES compatibility in mind, otherwise you'll have a hard time competing with the current scenery :)

Honestly these gates were in just "for show", these jetways are in separate parts for rotations and movements as per AES guidelines ;)
