MCX doesnt create a .bgl when saving

Hello,
after a Reinstallion of Win 10 i did download the newest Version of the Modelconverter, and also as Developer Version. If i start the MCX the MCX set the correct settings for the Export of the Files. I choose only export as P3D V4 .bgl thats it. like all the Years before also. Yes but this time MCX export only the Texture perfect. But not create the. bgl for P3D V4. Its interesting: as .bgl for FSX -its good, but not for the P3D.
If someone check the Screenshots maybe he know my Problem and can tell it to me please?

Thanks a Lot for helping.
Michael

It looks like you don't have DirectX 9.0c installed, which xtomdl needs.

Directx 12 is installed, i ask because if i am l search for Directx 9.0c microsoft wrote its for older version of Windows, but not for Win 10 oder higher

The SDK tools really need a dll file from the DirectX 9.0c installation, so you need to install it even if you have DirectX 12.

yes, i understand. i did download the DirectX 9.0c File from the Mircrosoft Website. If i want install it i get the Message a newer Version is installed-so You dont need to install direct 9.0c

Another Question is if i can download older MCX Version like 1.5 or the older Developer Version- this did work. Is this possiple maybe?

Thanks You for the Link. I did install it, restart the Computer-but no changings. MCX doesnt compile it. Its possible that the Path is not correct?

Which SDK are you using? It might also be you miss a visual C++ runtime on your system.

the SDK is : Prepar3D v4 SDK 4.5.14.34698 thats the newest Version
Maybe, also if i didnt read something about, it doesnt work with Win 10 anymore ( the MCX)

Do you have the Visual C++ 2013 and Visual C++ 2015 runtime files installed? The P3D v4 SDK needs them both for XtoMDL to work.

No, MCX should still work fine on Windows 10. As I mentioned before this error is not coming from MCX, it is an error from the XtoMDL tool. So if you would try to compile a MDL file directly from the command prompt or with any other tool on your computer you would get the same error.

Yes, that looks good. With Visual C++ runtime and DirectX installed you should be good to go.

soory, no chance, same problems like before. Its possible that i install the MCX in a wrong Path. (C:/...... )

No, MSXML is only for bglcomp.

Does the error happen with any model you try to export or just this one?

Yes, i use old .dae models which works in older Version. i tried it with a new simple one, even simple models – square with and without a special texture. And its also equal if you tried to save it as Ground Polygon or as Model like a quarter.

I believe to remember (!) If i downloaded the MCX around 10 Months ago the first time- the new Version doesnt work. The old Version as normaly like as Develope very fine

So the old version is still working on the same machine? That's weird. Are both versions pointed to the same XtoMdl path?

"Are both versions pointed to the same XtoMdl path"- thats i cant tell You, because i dont have the old Version anymore- if i can download somewhere the old Version i can check it.

But you mentioned before that you reinstalled Windows right? Then I'm quite sure the old version doesn't work anymore either, since the error comes from XtoMdl.
