• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Unfortunately I haven't been doing anything to MWCR lately as the real world airport is currently awaiting some major changes. In the mean time I'm, working on other projects in the Caribbean.

Are you using the photoshop principe for this project ? (make the runway with marking and details in photoshop then applyed into 3ds max) ?? Thank you btw looks good
The whole ground polygon is modelled in Blender and I did most of the textures in gimp. The runway and markings are different textures btw

Did you use the ORBX principe or the principe of tutorial of the year 2014+ (orbx principe is to make the whole runway texture, markings, realism in one then just apply it in Blender and export to FS) and (tutorial of the year 2014+ is you just make the textures and you apply it into a different layers, different layer runway texture, different layer skidmark, different layer markings and etc..) ?? Thank you

Hmm okay, can you give me your facebook profile here or in private message please ? i want to ask you something (just to stop this spam here) :)

You should not be receiving any spam through this forum. If you are then you have a problem at your end.

Paul, Tekica123 is referring to his own messages possibly appearing as "spam" to others who are perhaps not interested in his chit-chat with another member... :D

Looks good Dave! Though I don't hope it will rain a lot over there ;)

Well whatever the weather may be, this is a great looking scenery! Very well done guys!

Thanks for the kind words guys. :)
we are doing our best to get you a nice high quality island.

Hey there,
It's been a while again since the last update but we are still working hard on this.

The ground polygon is finished so far. It looks fine in FSX but I am still fighting for full P3D compatibility without any bugs.

Here are some screenshots:

We are aiming for a release date close to Christmas to finally achieve what we announced: the "MWCR 2015" Scenery. :D

Anyway a few things are still to be done such as the texturing for the approach lights and some fine tuning all over the place.
