• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

MSFS20 Simobjects have disappeared

I have personal simobjects and everything has been fine till yesterday when suddenly they don't show up. All my flight planes involving these ai's have bgl's/aircraft/airport/flight plan txt and they appear black on the right side. They all mount (the bgl's are in the F20 folder) and the custom Air Traffic folder shows up in the Community but the airplanes are not there. Not sure why they aren't showing?

Any ideas where I could look? Would it be the ini file? At a loss.

I redid my flight plans and everything is black as I mentioned....then i went in and the airplanes wouldn't load. I kept a backup copy of F20.. (figuring it was corrupt) I took out AIFP.. Reinstalled the Latest stable general download and then the latest development.. (c) I reinstalled the flight plans and everything looked good but no airplanes.

Bob, if you didn't change the traffic file which, apparently, worked one day but not the next, then the suspect is F20. I am told F20 has more than it's share of difficulties generating traffic. Perhaps others will jump in here but there is little more I can tell you since I don't use F20.
 
Ok Thanks Don..They just magically appeared...i think we're good..I hope :)... Now if I can just get the traffic to land.. I'll be good...

BGL files (traffic) should to be in following path (inside the package) scenery\world\scenery ;)
 
Thanks @Kaiii3.... there are in that folder. I have 100's of flights to land but only get an ocassional one or two that show up?
