• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Slowly but surely...

I'm in developement of the following freeware projects:

KLNC - Lancaster Airport, Texas, USA [90%]
KSGJ - Saint Augustine Airport, Florida, USA (FS9 version based on my FS2002 version) [5%]
MD31 - Forest Hill Industrial Airpark, Maryland, USA [10%]
KHGR - Hagerstown Regional Airport, Maryland, USA [5%]

My present full-time real-world employment and commuting is slowing my progress greatly...

I'm working on EDLM, a little airport in the west of Germany. Release: fall2005?

Also a not so real version of FIMP Mauritius.

Maybe I do a new version of Helgoland EDXH in 2006.

Hi Georg, did you upload EDDB yet? It's a great idea, although I have the German Airports. But a lot of Simmers would like to get a freeware of EDDB. ;)

Everytime the same scenery ... better 'n better...

The complete package eastfrisian islands "<=" marks work on it...

EDWG <=
EDWL <=
EDWZ
EDWY
EDWJ
EDWR
EDXP
EDWE
EDWS
EDWI

Some Finnish sceneries...

My own projects consist of:

EFMA - released
EFKG - released & updated
EFHN - released & working on a FinnTerrain-compatible update

Also taking part in some other FISD projects:

FinnTerrain (VFR scenery for entire Finland - the next version will cover about 100% of Finland with accurate coastlines, islands, lakes, roads, railways, utility lines etc.)
FinnObjects (former FinnMast) - I have provided some 3D objects for this package (and for EFHK too).

Project 9 Dragons

Good ol' Hong Kong Kai Tak Airport (VHHX). Any modelers wanting to get on board and help (as little or as much as you want), just let me know.

Go to www.MileHighProductions.cwhnetworks.com and watch/download the video 'Project 9 Dragons' for more info.

Especially interested in someone who has a talent for creating nice looking tarmacs and runways... you know all nice & dirty, used & grimey. :)

Project SweClass

Creating a fairly detailed landclass covering all of Sweden, using SBuilder. More info will be posted at http://sdt.flygsimulator.se as soon as I can find the time to update the webpage.

My project is....

Hi, everybody.
I'm working, and it's been almost a year since I started, to a huge photoreal coastal area in the northern part of the Adriatic sea (namely the Gulf of Trieste) including the city of Trieste itself and many others villages using a lot of gmax made objects and custom library objects for autogen.
- Photoreal textures are 80 %
- Autogen annotation is 2 %, but I'm starting to get more familiar with Art's Autogen editor so that I think my proj is gone to accelerate somehow... :D

Ciao. Mauro.

Latest progress on Phoenix area photoreal scenery

Since my program for creating autogen is much more stable now, I'm actually getting to use it once again on my photoreal project for the Phoenix, Arizona area. The project is now thousands of square miles in coverage and is stunning to fly over. Here's some recent screenshots of areas I've done extensive autogen work on.

Germany - Stuttgart

Hi,

i am working on the Add-On Autogen and Enhancements for

the AEROSOFT Real Germany 1 -Scenery.
Area: Stuttgart-Airport and direction to Lake Constance.

An interesting area because after Lake Constance - the
very good sceneries Austria Pro2004 and Switzerland Pro begin ! RG 1 is fXXXX flat and only some mayor VFR-Objects are around.

I do the buildings and vegetation for about 50 towns around it.
Also the identified lakes and the Neckar-river in true water textures - so the scenery looks really GREAT now !

Campfires and cars and other effect-objects added to give depth to the scenery.

It is about 25 % ready now.

Enzo

PS : Everything going much faster with Art´s Editor now. I spent more time with the first 5 % with M$ Annotator ...

This is a good idea Arno!

I'll add my current project: (in my home area of Washington State, USA)

Auburn Muni
Thun Field
Crest Airpark
and the area and sights inbetween!

this one will be an easy fit with or without Megascenery!

Well it's my turn.
This is what i'm working on. First the George Washington Bridge, second KRSW
Ft Myers, Southwes Florida International Airport. The GWB needs some touch ups. And for KRSW, a lot more needs to be done. The idea for the night effects on the GWB came from this froum,Thanks. Well that's it for now, just need to learn how to make the textures for these models.

EDDF is DONE! :D :) :rotfl:

Thank you, guys, for your help - especially ARNO for his GREAT TOOLS! :wizard: :stirthepo

I was not alone in making the scenery - we were a team of two men - but without this forum and all of you it would have been not possible to do the job we did!

Thanks!

Now I will just create NOTHING for about 50 years :D

Download at AVSIM under "AM_EDDF_V1.zip" or Flightsim.com under "AM_EDDF1.zip".

Thanks again!

Georg
