Might be something with the driver. I just updated the driver of my own NVidia card and now I see the same green effects. So for sure this driver version and my shader don't work together that well...

Could you check your driver version? ..I haven't upgraded my Nvidia driver I'm still 314.22 and no green lantern effects for me. Think you nailed it Arno.
I am using the 314.22, and Arno just updated to it, as it is the latest driver available on nVidia. ...Perhaps an nVidia driver version 314.22 thing?![]()
Do you maybe have the previous driver?Might be something with the driver. I just updated the driver of my own NVidia card and now I see the same green effects. So for sure this driver version and my shader don't work together that well...

while( ForceSimpleShader == true ) {
textures_LM.dds = textures.dds;
};

The plot thickens, I thought there was a newer driver than 314.22. I checked my driver version when I posted that, I'm definitely 314.22.

I have just now, noticed that:
- sorry for my, rather lame bit of humor there ...Code:while( ForceSimpleShader == true ) { textures_LM.dds = textures.dds; };
In other words, the night textures do not display; instead the day textures seem to remain loaded( see attached ). If you set ForceSimpleShaders back to false, they display correctly.

Hi,
I found the bug, so the next development release will have this issue fixed. It seems this new driver version was just a bit more strict when it came to the shader code.
EXCELLENT!!!
EXCELLENT!!!
Thanks for looking into and following through with it Arno!![]()
