P3D v4 Addon Scenery Error

Good morning,
For the past week or so, P3d4 isn't accepting any of my addon scenery. It has never done this before in all the time I've been using the Simulator. Whenever I try to "point" the folder with all of the addon scenery (BGL's) I have into P3d's Scenery Library, I get errors that the files don't exist. I've looked at the exact folder in question in Windows Explorer, and, all of the files are there. Why would the simulator not accept any addon scenery? It made me unload the entire Addon Scenery folder altogether. I wondered if re-generating the scenery.cfg file would help, but I'd only want to do that as a last resort because of the time it takes. It's taken months for me to create my scenery and put it into the Simulator, so it's disappointing that it suddenly doesn't work anymore. I also have screenshots of everything if it will help. Any help anyone can provide is appreciated.
Regards,
Kevin Davis

Maybe there are some characters which can not read by P3D. I know this problem from a japanese PC with windows 10 and P3D V5. Files with some german characters cause a crash of P3D, for example ü. If we compile the file again and rename it, the characters not in the header of the file. Maybe this is also a problem with folder names?
