Hi Peoples,
i try to compile my first Airport. All Time if i try to compile the Airport i get a Message that the Attribut "transparent" of Element "Runway" is missing. As first i reinstall ADE and check the Settings. and this should be good. If i delete the Runway from the Airport ADE compile it without Problems. What could be happen?

What SDK/Compiler version are you using?

Well the issue is that the transparent attribute is valid for v4 but you are reporting that it is not part of the schema for the compiler. This suggests that ADE is not pointing at the v4 compiler.

Please find the log file as described here - https://scruffyduck.screenstepslive...8/l/199769-how-do-i-send-you-the-ade-log-file Look for the P34 folder it will be in there, zip it up and attach it to a post here

i hope io didnt a Mistake with the File.

with my terrible english i did understood thats maybe also a problem with Settings? This follow Folders are correct?
BglComp C:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Environment Kit\BGL Compiler SDK
Shp2Vec C:\Program Files (x86)\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Environment Kit\Terrain SDK

Did you install the SDK into a custom location, inside the main P3D folder? This is not the default location.

Tom is correct although ADE seems to be pointing at it. Can you also please attach the project file (.ad4 extension) to a post here so that we can eliminate problems with it

No, normaly not. I try to install the SDK in C:/ Program, also in C:/Program/Lockhead Martin. Equal what do- The SDK Installer choose atomaticly, equal what i choose, C:/ Program(86) as Folder.

Hi, as Attachment i put the Airport.ad4 File. Its equal what i do (change something or dont change something) alltime i get the Message
"INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR: #C2033: XML Parse Error (line, column, error)

ERROR: 1095, 33, Das Attribut 'transparent' des Elements 'Runway' ist im DTD/Schema "

No - the issue is still that you appear to be using an SDK/Bgl Compiler version that does not support transparent runway flags.

I loaded your project file into ADE 1.78 selecting P3dv4. I compiled it without error using the v4 SDK compilers

I assume you loaded ADE for v4?

Unless that is the only sim installed. I suggest using the Find button shown in the options dialog shown above and see if that helps. There is nothing else I can suggest since this is not reproduceable and is related to the wrong SDK - a version too early to support the runway transparent flag

I deinatall the SDk which i downloadet 2 Weeks ago. Restart the System new and download/install the newest SDK. This SDK was possible to install in C:/Program and the ADE can compile without an Error. The "old" SDK wont install here. It want only install in Program (86), change the Path from Program to Program (86) alltime. Maybe this was the Problem.

Not sure why other than the original folder may be under UAC but if it works now that's great
