FSX:SE bootstrap.ms issue with GMax

Hello

I installed Gmax from the FSX:SE directory because I wanted to make SODE Jetways out of it. So I copied the FSX_GMaxGamepack folder from the SDK folder and pasted it in the Gamepacks folder in GMax directory. I launched the Gmax application from the FSX Gamepack folder, but when it opens up I get the error "No execute function for undefined". I looked in the Listening window and see that GMax tried to launch "bootstrap.ms", which I discovered does not exist in the startup folder in the FSX Gamepack folder. Other files doesn't exist either, such as FSXAnimation.ms when I tried to launch the SODE_Jetway_Creator.ms.

I have installed the P3D SDK v1.4, but I am confused as it doesn't contain something with GMax...

Hi,

AFAIK you cannot use the P3D SDK with GMax, only 3DMax. And it appears that the FSX:SE SDK is incomplete, if you cannot find those .ms script files. Do you happen to have an old copy of FSX Deluxe or Acceleration or Gold, which contains the real SDK (which can then be updated if needed)?

Hello

The 2nd option: If you do not have an old copy of the SDK for FSX (mentioned above) to use GMax, you can then use P3D SDK v1.4 with Blender v2.79b along with the Blender2FSXP3D Toolset.
