• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

FSX Create 3D Gauge

I have a doubt, how can i make one gauge 3d for the FSX using GMax? Or using other software, i want only to create a 3D gauge to my plane but i don't know how...

Replying for the updates.
Unless you have the plane itself in GMAX you cannot add a gauge to it directly.

If not, you could create the gauge in GMAX and compile it to an MDL file using the FSX GMAX SDK. Then use ModelConverterX to Merge the gauge into your VC model (import the VC model, then Merge the gauge). Then using the Hierarchy editor you could move the gauge to the correct location in the VC model (Find it in the Hierarchy Editor, right click on Transformation, Edit Transformation). Finally, export the finished VC.

Replying for the updates. I am also facing a problem related to GMAX. I think my system is not good enough to handle it properly. I think I have to upgrade it and I need some extra money because I know it is going to be very expensive. So I thought to earn some easy and fast money through gambling. I have found some problems related to platforms, some of them are not safe because I have read those reviews about them. Then I found the best platform https://casinosanalyzer.com/casino-bonuses/metaspins.com here you will receive Metaspins no deposit bonus there. Casinosanalyzers is a website where you will find the best casino website lists, on many criteria like their reviews, their location, and many more. you can use them to find the best, whether you are a professional or new to gambling.
Edit: Thanks for answering, I will check.

Thank you very much ! I saw that MCX is a tool that made it a lot easier to create aircraft, I didn't imagine that to add a gauge to the created VC I would use it... What things could I use MCX to make my aircraft creation progress?

It's mostly used for conversions or additions, like yours above. Creation of a complete plane is done in GMAX, 3DSMax, or Blender (typically).
