Hi all, I've always been a fan of Fraser's L-188 Electra, and I figured I would try to improve upon it. So far, I have fixed the sounds and the Engine logic to work in FSX. I've also created a better SimIcon Pop-up:
The old one was impossible to use and didn't include a clickspot for the pressurization panel. I also added a "CS" button. This will bring the aircraft to a fully cold-and-dark state instantaneously.
I have more plans lined up. I might see about finding a better external model and maybe even creating a VC for it should I find some dimensions.
UPDATE 4/12/16: I've started work on a VC, here are some early renders:
UPDATE 6/2/16: First in-sim test, just to make sure there are no obvious errors. Next step is gauge mapping, then animated bits, then finally the enclosure.
If you don't already have it, I highly recommend booting up FS9 and checking it out, it's a fantastic addon.
I'll release this FSX upgrade patch once I have some more content.
