• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

Very early stages of development at this airport, just want to start you off with 2 screenshots of the ground.

Please note that this is not even close to finish, this has only just started.

Regards, let me know what you think so far :)

That is a dead project mate

Yep, I know it's dead. But the person behind it isn't. He's not active on these forums, but he is still on other forums. Just thought it might speed things along, as he was pretty far into development when it stopped.

wow - Looking great - really looking forward to this! Thanks for taking it up as a project!

looks great! Thanks for doing this! I love the ground textures so far.
Some notes about the airport and region - the ground will be quite dry in the summer and full of grasses and sagebrush. The airport is VERY close to the Great Salt Lake and there may be some white salt-pan beneath the airport. Because of the high mineral content and warm tempuratures, the water colors will be a little odd! Greenish, reddish, spectacular oranges - and again, some of that may intrude a little into the airport, but not seriously! So don't go overboard on the color correction!
This is my home - and I love it dearly.... so thanks so much for taking the time to develop this!

With Leicestershire Aeroclub now finished.

Development on KSLC will from now onwards, be full time!

Looking great.
Sorry that the previous project is dead now.
I think some time the airport is too big and we put a lot of detail in there. It seems to me like a never ending project and then we get bored.
I took almost a year to develop VTBS, Suvanarbhumi Airport in Bangkok. I undertook this project from someone else.

May the force be with you!
