• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

If you are afraid to use PayPal or enter trivial information such as your first or last name for a donation or a purchase, then you have NEVER bought anything online. You need this information to verify that the card is legit. Further more, before the authorization process begins, it isn't processed by the site, your card issuer or bank organization handles the transaction and then sends the payment to the party. If you have a VISA credit or debit card and you have verified by visa enabled, the minute you process an online transaction, you'll always get the verified by visa screen to confirm you are the legit account holder.

You can always purchase a pre-paid debit card but that will cost you more money. Surprisingly almost all sales for flight simulator are actually done through paypal. It's how I've paid for commercial level simulation products as well as many others. If I ever see you speaking of a payware piece you have obtained, I will begin to wonder why you hesitate for a small donation, other than that, have a nice day!

Is it also possible to make donation to FS-Developer via a direct (e.g IDEAL) Dutch-bank to FSDeveloper bank transaction in The Netherlands?

Yes and no. We only have the PayPal account for FSDeveloper. But in the end it is linked to me bank account (FSDeveloper is no forum organisation with an own bank account). So I could give you the bank account number if you PM me and then I will just add your support in the FSDeveloper administration of costs and donations.

Just to let you know, you got some of my "stimulus money" that President Trump gave me! Thank you for MCX! It's been one of the most used programs in my inventory, (lately). Not only for flight sTimulator projects, but I also made steam locomotive models for Trainz sTimulator many years ago with Gmax. I'm using MCX to convert the models to a format that Blender can import and it's working nicely!
