• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

As I wrote a month ago at AVSIM, what we "know" about the new MS sim could be engraved on the pointy end of a pin, with room left over! :rotfl:

I've seen a Chinese dude writing an essay on a grain of rice. So I guess you're saying: we've got quite a lot of information, right?

They are also monitoring the constant, ongoing discussions covering different topics in the community. These topics cover, for example, the flight model, IFR-VFR flight, weather simulation, VR support and more. The team will share more information regarding many of these topics in the updates that are coming in the near future.

Yeah. Those are the REAL pressing issues......

and here, have a screenshot!

That panel is a photograph, not a screenshot. I absolutely, utterly, refuse to believe that MS are going to the lengths of adding dust particles under the edges of the gauges and along the bottom of the panel and also adding individual scratches to each and every screw head.

This does look superb I agree, however the screws can be cloned and there are very easy ways to overlay a decal layer weighted to edge verticies.

To me it also looks linke a render but probably not an ingame one.

And yet, despite such signs of wear, the instrument knobs (altimeter, artificial horizon and heading) are unworn and pristine. Tut, tut. More popcorn, anyone?

No more popcorn, please. Can't we switch to something different like tortillas with dip?

Yeeeah :) Veeery nice...
But they will have to adjust the wooooow-level few below the mainstream....x-planer's must stay on their sim... I don't like them.. you can show them a hand full of unrealistic behaviors - thay just answer "no, it's the most realistc.... Someone turned on "GLOSSNESS" and mis-called it PBR - and the crowd: "the best looking PBR...." - no clue and not interested in getting "clued"... really...
But i can't wait to get into the new Sim.

Thanks for the info about the insider Program :)

anyone have comment about July 25th update?
I not understand much what this mean, please someone explain it?
“I want to pay for it in unmarked, non-sequential, low denomination bills, placed in three black plastic bin bags, left on the third floor of an abandoned multi-story car park, at midnight.” – AVSIM User

MSFS – Done. Once you make the drop, head south 3 kilometers. Locate a metal trash bin, retrieve mobile phone at bottom of bin. At 1:06AM text “no subscription”. Await further instruction.

Thanks

Its a joke. They are talking like its a payoff for something illegal or similar. Trying to get it with tons of money in un-marked bills, in bags, in a secret location. Hilarious... lololol There are people that desperate to have such a simulator.
