• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.

Hello, I am here to make a plea to the FS community on behalf of a Prepar3D developer named Fernando Correa who lives in Peru. He has a wife and a very young child. For those of you who don't know, he has created high quality photoscenery packages, with custom mesh and high autogen coverage. He now has photoscenery packages that cover the entire world, every single country on earth, and he did this all by himself. In the P3D community, he's gained a good reputation due to the quality of his scenery.

Several months ago, he was diagnosed with an aggressive skin cancer. His doctors told him that he needs certain treatments to save his life. If he doesn't get these treatments, and soon, he will die.

When he can afford it, he is getting chemotherapy and radiation treatments, but he also needs a certain medicine called Pembrolizumab.

Due to where he lives, he needs to have that medicine shipped to him from the United States and it is extremely expensive, as is his other treatments. His only source of income is the P3D scenery that he sells. He doesn't make a lot of money because P3D is not as popular anymore like MSFS is, so he cannot afford the medicine and to continue his treatments on a regular basis, so he is asking for donations.

Any donation that you can make, big or small, will help make a difference. Or if you happen to be a user of P3Dv4, P3Dv5 or P3Dv6, you can purchase his scenery and support him that way.

I noticed his website is about to close in less than 10 days.
Just wondering anyone in charge of the website for purchasing the landscape is still available for contact. I tried emailing them couple times but didn't receive any replies yet. Just wanted to sure they are avialbale before I proceed with any purchase.

Please let me know. Thank you.

The developer has three separate email addresses: fcscenery@gmail.com & aerochilevirtual@gmail.com & fernando.mati.correa@gmail.com
I recommend trying to contact him through all three addresses to have the best chance of reaching him. It may take him a couple days to respond. Even though the website is slated to close on September 8th, the download servers for the scenery will remain accessible until August 8th 2027 thanks to donations made by users, even though the website is still closing very soon, you will have plenty of time to download all of the scenery that you purchase.

Status update on the Developer's health: The developer was able to receive enough donations to get the medication he required to save his life and he's now in the process of recovering from cancer.

Here is the last mass email he sent to customers regarding his health, his decision to close the website, the status of the download servers and information about his future plans:

Hello everyone.
I hope you are all well.

I have some updates regarding the closure of FC Sceney.

1. The Google Drive download servers have been renewed until August 8, 2027, so everyone has until that date to download the files.

Maintaining the servers was made possible thanks to the following people:

-Peter Briton-Jones
-Dimitrios Tsakiris
-George Fontes Jr.
-Peter Hein
-John Haley
-Michael Schneider
-Jerome Reuter

They were the ones who took the initiative to maintain the Google Drive servers.
Remember: If you purchase the global packages, you'll have one year to download everything.

2. The website and domain servers, which were scheduled to close tomorrow, Sunday, August 9, 2026, have had their closure postponed. A client (Jerome Reuter) has also made a donation to keep the website running for another month for sales. Therefore, the new website closure date is September 8, 2026.

3. The Oceania countries that were pending are now in the review phase for publication.

4. Regarding the missing V2 versions, these will be published when they are ready:
- France V2
- Finland V2
- Texas V2
- Quebec V2
- China V2

I ask for everyone's patience while I finish this. Although I am in good health and recovering well after cancer, life is not easy, but we must keep going so I can recover 100%. It will be a difficult and long road, but not impossible to overcome.

As I've mentioned several times, I'm ending this project because I need to prioritize my health. While I could continue, it would be much slower than before. Also, during my absence of several months, people sent aggressive and rude messages because I wasn't offering new products. To avoid mistreatment and have some peace and quiet, and because my health is the priority, I'm not continuing the project. Furthermore, given the low sales, maintaining this project in the future isn't financially viable.

I hope you understand my reasons.
