Tips to make the animation the stick

I'm trying to animate the stick of an aircraft, I wanted some help because I have to make two movements at different points, I need it to move on the X axis back and forth (I got this), the problem is that I need to the top part of the stick moves on the Y axis to the left and to the right and I'm not getting it, would I be able to help?

You Need to split your top part from the bottom part and parent (Is that 'link' in 3ds) the top part to the bottom part
So the top part Will nove along with the bottom part, but at the same time Is free to move in a different direction

If you want a single part to move in two directions, create a small cube inside the handle, at the hinge point of the handle.. Animate the handle forward/back (elevators). Then link the handle to the cube as a child of the cube. Then animate the cube left/right (ailerons). The handle will move with the cube. Thus the handle will have both animations.
