• Which the release of FS2020 we see an explosition of activity on the forun and of course we are very happy to see this. But having all questions about FS2020 in one forum becomes a bit messy. So therefore we would like to ask you all to use the following guidelines when posting your questions:

    • Tag FS2020 specific questions with the MSFS2020 tag.
    • Questions about making 3D assets can be posted in the 3D asset design forum. Either post them in the subforum of the modelling tool you use or in the general forum if they are general.
    • Questions about aircraft design can be posted in the Aircraft design forum
    • Questions about airport design can be posted in the FS2020 airport design forum. Once airport development tools have been updated for FS2020 you can post tool speciifc questions in the subforums of those tools as well of course.
    • Questions about terrain design can be posted in the FS2020 terrain design forum.
    • Questions about SimConnect can be posted in the SimConnect forum.

    Any other question that is not specific to an aspect of development or tool can be posted in the General chat forum.

    By following these guidelines we make sure that the forums remain easy to read for everybody and also that the right people can find your post to answer it.

EYKA - Kaunas International Airport (Lithuania) PAYWARE

Started working on it about 1 year ago. I have 70% of models done. Now I'm trying to make ground polygons, taxi, peron, runway and approach lights. Here are some screenshots

skyspirit 767-300 fan, but started after some work for the tds 787 with a panel for it.

Hi, Just to inform that I'm workingon Kilimanjaro Intl Airport, Tanzania.
Somthing like a year ago I'v started HAAB (Addis) too, but reason of no time couse me to stop it for now. than Iv chose to make liitle bit smaller airport but still in Africa. dont know which of you know that airport, but it have one the most beautiful approach and deparure (Kilimanjaro mountain, Mount Mero and more).

A series of simple airport addons for the Maldives. 5 domestic airports have recently opened in the country, none of which are there by default, so I want to add them in using default FSX library objects. Here's the first one (VRMV):

I'm working on freeware EKSP Skrydstrup for FSX (and beyond). Just released version 1 to the popular download sites.

Still lots of work to do, but I'm pretty pleased with the general airport layout and functionality, the ortho ground map and the vegetation density.

HOW TO INSTALL:
  • Download both .RAR files (Scenery.RAR + Texture.RAR).
  • Make a new folder in your Addon Scenery called "Vigra".
  • Choose extract to "Name of .RAR file".
  • You should then have two folders, one called Scenery and another called Texture.
  • Simply copy these two folders into the "Addon Scenery\Vigra\" folder.
  • Add Vigra in your Scenery library.
:redflag: COMMON PROBLEMS:
  • RWY 25 & RWY 07 elevation / coastline issue.
  • Airport Terminal Parking Area elevation issue.
  • AI Aircraft too close to terminal.
Some buildings are not finished yet!

Exporting my first ever ground poly plane with Gmax, ModelConverterX (Thanks Arno!), DXTbmp & an unhealthy amount of patience...
